Requisition 12001128, HR Management Associate Program Internship, Falls Church, Virginia

 

Northrop Grumman is dedicated to the development of future human resources professionals. The HR Intern Associates Program (HR IAP) allows associates to apply classroom knowledge in real world, hands-on situations. The program provides interesting and challenging work while educating participants on the nature of the defense industry.  Assignments are generally eight to twelve weeks and expose associates to the distinct elements of HR. Associates may provide support to HR Generalists, Specialists or focus primarily on projects. Associates will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of human resource programs that support the business strategy.

Upon completion of the HR IAP associates will undergo consideration for the HR Management Associates Program (HR MAP). The HR MAP is a three-year rotational program for high potential individuals that desire to pursue a career in HR.  U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions.

Requisition 11025695, Professional Development Program (Financial Analyst 1), New Grad, Rolling Meadows, Illinois

 

The Business Management and Supply Chain Management Professional Development Program is designed for new or recent college graduates at either the bachelor or masters degree level. Personnel will have three 6 month rotational assignments through different business management disciplines to familiarize personnel with various functions, assignments, and departments.  At the end of the rotation, personnel will be assigned to a Business Management or Supply Chain Management functional area consistent with demonstrated skills and needs of the organization.  College graduate - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a subject generally related to a Business Management or Supply Chain Management discipline and 0 - 2 years experience.   Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce regardless of age.
