Fuse is a youth marketing agency that connects brands with teens and young adults through sports, music, fashion, gaming and other interests. Fuse and our clients have been the recipients of numerous awards and individual recognition from some of the most important media and marketers in the industry. Fuse's client list includes iconic brands such as Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Burton, Harley-Davidson, UFC, Converse and Quiksilver, to name a few. We are seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors for promotional initiatives for a client that markets a new communication phone app to 18 to 25 year olds on college campuses. Ambassador work will take place between mid-September and early December. Ambassadors will be responsible for researching and executing appropriate events, organizing premium distribution plans, promoting brand through social media, collecting consumer feedback, communication with Fuse Management, event documentation, weekly reporting and other administrative duties. Sampling event execution will include product education / demonstration, distribution of marketing materials and premiums. This program will be targeted toward 18 - 25 year olds.
Requirements: Must live in target market and be enrolled at the University of Illinois. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills required. Large and active social media network is required. Knowledge of area and broad network of contacts is preferable. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to manage and execute multiple items without direct supervision. Applicants must own digital camera, smart phone / PDA, computer and check email daily. Prior marketing or promotion experience is preferred. Involvement in campus organizations and knowledge of diverse campus events is preferred.Required Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
